Artist Studio. Carthew Vean, St Ives
Our client wanted to utilise a narrow space in their garden to create an artist studio. Gekko Designs built this studio using a timber frame construction then finished in home grown Cornish Douglas Fir cladding.
The studio has been insulated with wood fibre which has high eco friendly credibility.
The build is north facing to take advantage of the famous St Ives fantastic light. It also has full sky lights to maximise the light coming in.
